I was wondering if you could suggest an at home colon cleanse that is inexpensive. To be honest with you, I am really on a tight budget right now, and can't afford yours right now. I have heard people say they use Metamucil 2 times a day to cleanse their colon. Could you please advise me if this will work, or something that will?
