I weigh 300 lbs, and have been overweight since a child. I also have much guilt and shame in my life. I had a gastric bypass. I lost weight, and gained most of it back. I desperately want to be thin. I also have hypothyroidism [constantly cold, body temp 93-96 degrees]. Please help!
