My problem is after I've eaten, whether I've slipped and had a sandwich or something not raw, or whether I've had all raw vegetables - especially broccoli or cauliflower, I am clearing my throat for pretty much the rest of the day. If I'm munching on raw nuts and seeds - same thing. It feels almost like I didn't swallow fully, or like the food didn't go down all the way or something. It's annoying to me, and I know it's irritating to my co-workers. What herb can help with this? It's mucus, right? I am currently doing the weight release cleanse. I've already done the Full Body Cleanse (I failed miserably at this.)

There is no such thing as failure! Start drinking more water and try drinking Mucus Tea while performing your cleanse. Stay positive!
