I have got to say, this cleanse is the TRUTH! I am on my last day of the cleanse and I have lost 13lbs! I am so proud of my dedication and discipline because eating raw foods for 20 days is no easy task. I plan to keep the raw food diet going, even though I am not on the cleanse because I am so proud of my progress!

I am on day 5 of the 10 day cleanse. I feel great. I have to force myself to eat something because I am not hungry at all. I have not noticed any weight loss but I am not really over weight at this time. I am doing this to clean out my system of toxins and sugar. Love this product.
