Menstrual Cycle Tea

I’ve had very heavy periods for a couple of years. I’ve tried 2 different types of birth control (IUD and Nexplanon) but neither gave me relief. This tea was my last resort before trying birth control pills (which i did not want to do). I am so glad that I went a more natural route instead. Before trying this tea, i was soiling my scrubs at work due to heavy bleeding during the first 2 days of my period. I passed huge clots as well. I’ve drank this tea fairly consistently for over 2 months and what a huge difference! The first couple of days in my period are still heavy, but i have yet to soil myself at work.
