How To Use

Place tea bag into a cup and add boiled water. Allow the tea bag to steep for 2 minutes. Cool to suitable drinking temperature. Add sweetener of choice (e.g. 100% grade B maple syrup, agave nectar (from sap), or raw honey) and a little lemon juice if you desire. Drink and enjoy warm or cold.

I love the FBC Tea it gives you energy, I get full, and it help fight food cravings. I first had it while on the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express, I lost 12 lbs in ten days. Then I tried the 20 Day Female Cleanse and the Maintenance Package. I have been trying to figure out which tea is best for me while being on the cleanse. I am very certain this tea is the best so far! I drink this tea in the morning and again in the evening. It really gives me energy and I feel full. I realized on the 10 day it suggests to drink two cups a day. I am currently on the 20 day Full Body Cleanse the tea doesn't come with the cleanse. I purchased two bags of Tea so I can continue to drink two cups a day for 20 days while on the FBC. I love this tea. The taste is ok, I drink while hot. After a while you will get use of the taste. I'm highly allergic to stevia. Do you have an alternative teas for the full body that doesn't contain it?

Unfortunately all of our tea's contain stevia in them to help mask the taste of the herbs. We suggest using the capsule versions of the tea's that you're interested in.

Is this the only product that I need or do you suggest that I take it with something else? Is this going to remove weight gain as well or do I need to take something else?

The Full Body Cleanse Tea helps remove impurities from your body. Consuming the tea is not equivalent to doing the Full Body Cleanse. It does not address weight loss by itself. The Full Body Cleanse is a full regimen that consists of six different formulas that address all six of your major organs. The Cleanse requires you to take the supplements while you're on an adjusted diet.

How do you use the Full Body Cleanse Tea?

You're consuming the tea on a daily basis regularly. The Full Body Cleanse tea is not equivalent to doing the cleanse.

I tried the Full Body Cleanse but had a hard time swallowing the pills. I just have a hard time in general swallowing pills. I know the tea is not the same as taking the pills, but can I start with it anyway? And can I also take the eye care while drinking the tea?

You can consume the Full Body Cleanse Tea to help cleanse the body however it is not equivalent to doing the Full Body Cleanse. You can consume the Full Body Cleanse Tea while taking the Eye Formula. You do have the option of emptying the contents of the capsules into freshly squeezed juices, smoothies or herbal teas. The intake of the formulas still needs to be spaced out every 2-3 hours, consuming the supplements separately. We suggest taking the Colon Formula orally as there is no real way to mask the taste of these herbs. The best way to swallow the capsules are to fill your mouth with water and enter the capsule. We use vegetable gel capsules that are standard size. They are not coated like most pills are and are easy to swallow.

How often are you supposed to drink the Full Body Cleanse Tea?

We suggest consuming the tea consistently on a daily basis for best results. You can drink the tea as often as you like.

Since we have to eat and drink everything raw and fresh, how is this tea prepared? Do we drink it hot?

Yes, you still consume the tea hot. You cannot consume tea without the use of hot water, it does not steep the same.

Is the Full Body Cleanse Tea safe while breast feeding? I am currently nursing and looking for a mild full body cleanse. Was considering this tea or the pregnancy cleanse..even though I am not pregnant. Can you tell me what my best option would be?

Unfortunately you cannot drink this tea while breastfeeding. We suggest that you stick to consuming things that are nutrient rich while breastfeeding. We recommend trying the Electric Greens Combo to naturally and safely cleanse your body.
