I got through day 1 of the FBC and I have released 7lbs of water weight! That is amazing. I know it is just fluid but I will take it. I was on another plan prior to the FBC and I only lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks so I am very excited with these results after only 1 day! That tells me that these herbs are in FULL FORCE ridding my body of all the toxic build up. I was getting really discouraged on the other plan because I was not seeing results and I was not feeling any different. This plan has given me hope for a healthier life in just 1 day!!! The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse was an excellent Product for me to use. It introduced me to a new way of living, eating, and being. The products not only gave me a burst of energy and well being, it enhanced my sleeping patterns at night. I slept like a baby at night and that was great! What was so interesting to me is that it also helped me to learn the importance of eating fresh herbs,vegetables,nuts and fruits. While practicing to take the products on time,it taught me some more self-discipline skills. I am also enjoying the results of stronger bladder and kidney functions,because of the cleanse. The combination of the products helped my body to become more centered and balance, which correlated with my mind and spirit in a place of peace and harmony. Dherbs, Today is day 10 of my FBC. To date I have lost 13 pounds and 1 inch in my waist. Haven't had any issues other than being cold. What causes your body to be cold, I mean I'm cold to the bone. Looking forward to great results. Thank you Dherbs...love it, love it, love it! *

I've had an opportunity to use the Male Cleanse, Full Body Cleanse, and the 10 Day Cleanse and I've had nothing but satisfactory results. I would encourage others to use any of the three. Each Cleanse have similar things that work for the body but also have different ingredients to do other things but all have natural herbal ingredients to do the body good.
