I tried this product (Full Body Detox) right before the holidays in Oct 2009 and it worked wonderfully! I was very pleased with the detailed guidelines on what to eat and drink. Now that the holidays have past I'm ready to re-order again and take this product on a seasonal basis. I plan to also supplement this with the Weight Release (Loss) Formula once I finish this 20-day cleanse. I truly felt more energetic and focused by eating what is right and taking the herbs. I would highly recommend it because I believe that it can get you into the habit of eating more foods that are healthy for us! *
