Regime required too much preparation and setting of alarms to keep up with required times and doses. Saw some improved energy, not sure if it was due to product or change in meals modification and increased exercise. Followed suggested program, and saw no weight change at all. *

There is nothing easy about this cleanse. I kept reading about the 30 pills daily and thought ok, no problem, I have done cleanses before but this was very different. Some of the pills actually feel like they are swelling in your throat halfway through getting them down. I am an herbalist and I watch what I eat but the restricted diet was difficult to maintain. I did not have any weight loss close to any of the advertisements that I saw that prompted me to buy this product. Extremely overpriced and no I did not finish all of the pills. I have done THE CLEANER several times which is 4 pills am and 4 pills pm for 7 days , felt better and saw better waste elimination. My score is simply a middle ground trying to be objective response. Would I do it again? Absolutely not for $120 and I don't guide my decisions by money, this is a bust for me. *

I did this cleanse because it advertised you could loose up to 30lbs! I did not cheat I was committed and followed the program strictly! Sadly I did not loose but 2 lbs! And I did the whole 20 days in fact I even did it for 21 days! I did feel better however, I did not feel as sluggish, but it was absolutely disappointing to be so restrictive with my diet and to not have lost any significant weight. So, I would not recommend this if you want to lose weight, but if your goal is to just feel better, than I would recommend. Perhaps if they had offered a 40 day cleanse I may have had better results to share. But on the 20 day, completely misleading about weight lost. *

I have to say that I wasn't hungry for the amount of time that I took DHERBS, but I couldn't leave my house! You have to stay close to a bathroom. I didn't finish taking it because life happens and kept me away from home. It wasn't realistic for me. I live in a very small town. I was very limited on vegetables and fruits. I guess that all sounds like an excuse for failing but all true. I'm sure it works for most , just not for me *
