At first when I heard of this product I was a bit skeptical, but of course I was curious so I purchased the 5 formula. Once I began taking this product I noticed a big difference in the way I felt and the way I look, not only is this colon cleansing, this is also a product that has u wanting to change your overall life style as it pertains to what you eat, how u eat, wht time u eat and how many times u eat a day. I never thought I'd eat as many vegatables and fruits until I started taking Dherbs. I have a juicer and I literally drink my veggies and fruits and feel so good afterwards. If it had not been for Dherbs, I'd still be clogging my arteries with foods that are high in fat and sugars, greasy, and consuming meats shot up with steroids. Thank u Cory and the rest of you for educating me and others and to Warren Ballentine for exposing this product. *

I did the full body detox during the summer of 2008. It wasn't easy following the 3 week raw diet. I actually only did the raw diet for 2 weeks, though I completed the course of herbs. I immediately noticed the difference in my stools once I became non compliant and drifting back to my less healthy diet, though I noticed that my body was detoxing non the less. The new year is approaching and I now plan to detox again, this time being totally compliant with the entire 3 week raw diet along with taking the herbs so that I may reap all the benefits. *

I did not know if I could do this for 21 days with the diet change. I was floored with the ease of this detox. I since have done the candida and take the mucus buster (due to sinus) and have never felt this great. Both cleanses before, during and after have given me energy and released alot of toxins in my body. I have never felt better. I have been thru alot of detox's and go to a naturopathic doctor, what a waste of money when I can visit a website and get the information I need and do on my own. Thank you Tracye *

Maat Hotep Everybody, This will be my second time doing the FBD. I tried it once last year and was not fully committed to the program but I did manage to lose 10 lbs during the three week regiment. This time I ready to try it again... Make sure you purchase both books " The Alternative Diet and Lifestyle manual & The full body Detox Companion" Please read both of them before doing FBD because they will be very helpful while planing what to eat while going through the FBD... *
