1st time ever doing any sorts of detox. I was surprised that I was not hungry while completing the FBD. In the beginning, I noticed that my skin itches after I woke up. But after a week or so, the itch just went away. I think that the poison was escaping through my skin while I was sleeping at night. I'm going to do my second TBD soon. So I would totally recommend it. *

I just completed the Full Body Detox. It was much easier to stick to raw foods, nuts and fruits for the entire 3 weeks than I anticipated. I did not experience any hunger cravings. After three days on the formula, I felt great, full of energy and clarity. My hair as grown 2.5 inches (my hairstylist wanted to know what I was doing). I did not use the formula for hair growth, but it is definitely a benefit. I can't wait to do the Full Body Detox again. This will become part of my health plan twice a year. I can't say enough good things about the product. *
