This is my second time using the full body cleanse. My expectations was to loose 10-15 lbs like before. Especially when my meals/snacks consist of only raw fruits/vegetables and some nuts. At the end of my journey I only lost 8 lbs. I will still recommend this cleanse I feel much better. *

using the product is easy, but when you have other medications to take, it sometimes make you dizzy. I have to stop medication for a day in order for the dizziness to go away. In the first 2 weeks I lost 7 pounds. *

The pills were easy enough to take and I'm so grateful for the pill container they give you to keep track of what pill you are on. I have to say it was hard to keep up with all of them. At times I needed to be taking them since my job doesn't always allow for me time to take them everyday so that was a challenge. Another challenge that I faced was finding recipes that I could eat without eating just salad, I have a tree nut allergy and that was really hard to navigate. Then at the end of it all I only lost 5lbs. However, It did curb my appetite and create a healthier lifestyle. *

I was short 15 pills and they had to mail them to me so, I couldn't do my last day until, I received them. Secondly, I only lost 4 pounds not too happy. I was expecting to lose at least 10 pounds or more. *

It was ok! But different strokes 4 different folks. The Charcoal was really messy and I think it should be sent in a bottle instead. But it was ok. But maybe I need 2 do another cleanse with y’all 2 see if I’ll get better results. *

The product was easy to swallow and had no after or before taste. Did not make me sick. I follow the guidance for taking the product and followed the meal suggestions to a T for 20 complete days. Drank half my body weight in water suggested each day. I was a little disappointed because I only lost 7 pounds and expected to lose more. I also worked out at the gym. I cannot afford to purchase another product so I’ll try something else. Thanks. *

Don't like the powdered charcoal. Too messy and too much of a waste considering the cost should supply the capsules instead of the powder and not feeling the effects as far as the weight loss. However still has not completed. Will rate again after cleanse is complete. I'm half way there *
