The FBD was great! Me and my aunt decided to take on this movement together. She weighed about 300lbs. and I weighed 148lbs at the start of the regimen. We got our menus together and went to work. We would call each other for support all throughout the day. Not eating meat was a bit of a struggle but we endured to the end. I made the choice to stop eating meat completly after I was done. We experienced more energy, not weighed down by eating meat and other toxic items. This right here is the TRUTH! My aunt had high blood pressure, while taking her western medicine her BP was never normal for years, well guess what? Her blood pressure was normal durning the FBD. OMG We were so excited. I was looking for a good detox program then heard about DHerbs on the Russ Parr Morning show and thought I would give it a try. The first 3 days were a bit rough but after that...Man, my body and mind felt so much better. Not to mention I lost about 12 pounds. I would recommend DHerbs to anyone looking a good detox program were you can still eat food. Even now I look forward to my morning fruit smoothies. *
