I thought all the supplements would be too much however you start to see the results: clearer skin, less craving for sweets and weight loss so it makes it easier. The tea was tasteful kind of floral like I enjoy most teas so that wasn't an issue. The charcoal of course helps you to eliminate waste which also means it's working. The product is amazing for anyone trying to improve their overall health and appearance. *

Cheers I initially set out to order the antiviral 20 cleanse. Which worked wonders for me years ago when I used it, after consulting with one of the persons I learned that starting with the full body cleanse first, then transitioning into the 10 day blood cleanse would address cleansing the blood. An issue with weight is not why I took it, though it certainly helped to clean out while . I'd recommend it for the weight loss. Because I feel lighter for sure! All the best, *

The Full Body cleanse worked for me. I lost 21 lbs and felt great each day changing my eating habits. This is something I've been wanting to try for a long time and now I'm on my 3rd cleanse. This cleansing regiment exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not experienced the withdrawals that usually accompany this type regiment. It was more of dealing with eating habits not hunger; so it was more mental, which is good because this encourage developing discipline while on this cleansing regiment. This only lasted for a day or two. I experienced a sensation of euphoria into the latter part of the first week (mental clarity, energy, and poise). Oh, not to mention the weight loss. *
