I lost 10 lbs. doing the full body cleanse. I feel great. The raw food was a little difficult because I have a hard time chewing food. It would be nice to have a list of foods for people in the same position as I am. I wish I could have lost more weight. But I would recommend the Dherbs cleanse to my friends. *

I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse this month. I must say that the product actually does what it states. I had so much energy and felt lighter within a couple of days. After the slight headache, passed all was well. I did drink alkaline water during the entire cleanse which assisted with the detox. There were days I had cravings for cooked foods so I cooked my vegetables, mainly spinach & asparagus. I also had a few cravings for carbs too...so there were days I ate a few potato chips..overall, even with my cravings for snacks, I still lost 14 lbs. Thanks Dherbs, I'm on my way to a healthier me. I plan to continue using other cleansers within the Dherbs family soon. *
