I just finished my 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. Baby, this product really worked! My purpose of using the cleanse was for cleansing my body and getting it back to optimal condition. I have to admit, the first four days were the hardest, but after that I was fine. Around day 3 is when I started noticing the product was working. Constantly in the bathroom and not craving soda at all. By day 7 I started seeing the results of the detoxification. I noticed that my FUPA was completely gone. I noticed a difference in my skin, especially my face. These results only pushed me to complete the process. The only con of this product for ME was that I didn't have the energy to go hard in the gym. This is why I only gave it 4 stars. I consider myself a gym rat. I workout some months 5 days a week and then some months every day. I didn't have the energy needed to go at the level I normally do. So be mindful, you will need to really scale back on your workout intensity. I was striving for optimal condition from within and I got a bonus with a weight loss of 12 pounds. I went from 171 pounds down to 159 pounds and I'm 5'11, so I didn't need to loss any weight. So do try it, it WORKS! I feel great and will incorporate the cleanse twice a year and the diet three days a week.......only thing I have to sauté my veggies lol. Thank you Dherbs for restoring my mental and physical. *

I think this is a great way to get yourself back on track. Make sure you look at the recipes and the food you’re allowed to have before doing this so you’re prepared. On another note my hair had been falling out. After completing the cleanse I noticed my hair wasn’t coming out as much . I can’t say for sure of course that the reason it stopped was the cleanse but I Believe the cleanse did something to help stop that. I will be trying more products in future ! *

My husband and I tried the 20-day full-body cleanse earlier this year. It was the first time he had ever done a cleanse. I've done cleanses before, but this was my first Dherbs Cleanse. We were both pleasantly surprised that we weren't hungry and still felt energetic despite the fruit/vegetable diet. We didn't experience any side effects during the entire 20-day period! I believe he said he lost approximately 15-20 pounds during the cleanse, however, he's more active than I am. I walked 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week during the cleanse, but I didn't lose as much weight as my husband. I plan to do the cleanse every six months, so this time I'll increase my exercise regimen, and hopefully I'll see more weight loss. Regardless, I felt good during and after the cleanse, so that's why I'm doing it again. *

The product was great. Wasn't really that hungry after the first few days. I really had plenty of energy. An people keep saying how my skin looked bright an clear. I lost about 10 pounds. But I lost many noticeable inches. Overall, it was a process that was well worth it. The one thing I can say that was a struggle was remembering to take my pills on time. So I brought a pill box with days an times. To help me along the way. Im looking to now purchase the weight cleanse. Thanks an have a blessed day. *

Dherbs is everything that is promoted. Ive ordered 2 cleanses, and lost weight. I had to get use to Raw diet only but after 1st week, it wasn't bad at all. During the cleanse I felt really good, I wasn't craving any junk foods. My friend and I did the cleanse, prepared meals together. Paring up with a partner makes it very easy. It Works! *

I have been taking the full body cleanse twice a year now for two years and have received positive results! 1st of all my eating habits have improve significally and I have been able to maintain a plant base diet. I think clearer and my mind feels refreshed! Most of all with Dherbs I know that I am getting all the nutrients that I need to help me maintain a healthier life style. I think the product is good, but I did not complete the process. I can tell that it would have worked if I would have stuck to it and completed it. I am ready to try it again and complete it this time. I did not think I was going to like the charcoal mix, but it was actually not that bad. *

It's been awhile since I had taken the Full Body Cleanse and I'm coming back home! This product works great!! I have recently been diagnosed as being pre-diabetic and have returned to Dherbs to get me right! :-) I do remember when taking the cleanse how great I felt afterwards from releasing all the junk out of my body. I was also working out regularly and eating healthier. As time went on, I worked out less and eating habits worsened causing me to be in a pre-diabetic state. Well, I'm working to get back on track and no better way than with Dherbs. *
