It works if you follow the details. It was a bit of an adjustment with the menu and continuously taking the pills. The charcoal is also a bit messy. Overall, a great benefit is that you will begin to feel better. Your tummy will start getting flatter. I would recommend this product. If you give a long review you will also get a certain percentage off of a future purchase. *

I lost seven pounds in just twenty days. Have much more energy and I am less bloated. It's a lot of pills to take during the day but I set an alarm on my phone to remember so it's not so bad. The charcoal powder is tasteless. I am less hungry during the day and have been eating smaller portion sizes. *

The Dherbs 20 day body cleanse works well, not so much with the weight loss, but worked well with my body functioning. After the cleanse went to the doctor and all of blood work came back excellent. So in that aspect I am very pleased with the product. I lost a total of ten pounds. Thank you. *
