Since I've found out about DHerbs.com, I've completed 3 full body cleanses...simply put THEY WORK! To be honest, first cleanse I eat everything under the sun and still lowered by body fat % by 8%. Second cleanse, I followed to the letter and released exactly 14.5 lbs. Third cleanse, I eat strictly raw veggies and fish and released 10.5 lbs. For 2016....Start by loving yourself! This product is wonderful. My husband and I completed the detox together in July 2015. I lost 17 pounds and he lost 11. I was able to breathe better, My blood pressure was normal and I just felt great! I am going to do the detox again starting February 2016 and will try to do this at least 3 times a year. This time I plan to walk more and exercise so I can get back to my ideal weight of 125. I will submit pics before and after on my next review. I wish everyone the best and please know that the capsules are not that bad and I was surrounded by a group of motivating people mainly at work which made it a whole lot easier. *

Last year after giving birth to my daughter I was able to use this product and it really helped with reducing my weight. At first it was very hard taking so many pills and eating healthy. But once you get used to it and actively taking the pills it becomes easier. Due to life busy plans I have gain weight and plans on using this gain to get me back on track. *

Excellent cleans. I didn't have any problems with taking it. I have type 2 diabetes and it helped to lower my A1C, I am going to do it again next month. I'm about 15 days into my full body cleanse and have lost 10 pounds and feel great. My biggest problem is snacking - carbs (crunchy / salty) and sweets. This really does help curb the cravings for both of those and instead crave the taste of fresh raw fruit and vegetables. *
