My boyfriend and I did the Full Body Cleanse together so we could support each other and hold each other accountable. I must say it was very easy in the beginning as we LOVE fruits and vegetables. Towards the end I started to think I wasn't going to make it as I was having a hard time finding some types of dips to eat with my fruits. But I did make it. He lost 18 pounds and I lost 16! He did this cleanse last year and lost 22 so I decided to try it with him. In addition to the weight lost I can testify that I felt lighter, energetic, my digestive system was not giving me any gasses or bloating or nausea anymore as I was experiencing in the past. We woke up every morning feeling refreshed and alert. I recommended this to my beautician who is waiting for her package and my boyfriend recommended it to his 18 year old son who is an athlete. I plan to do this twice a year and would definitely recommend this to everyone. I am taking this opportunity to eating only fish, no more chicken, beef or pork. This 20 day cleanse has made me appreciate healthy foods much more and I won't have a problem deleting starches, bad carbs, chicken, pork or beef from my diet. *

I felt amazing after completing the full body cleanse!!! It was certainly difficult as I was not used to a raw vegan diet, but it was totally worth it. My skin cleared up, I lost 13 pounds, and I just felt great overall. I recommend the full body cleanse to anyone that is looking forward to changing how they feel and boost their energy. *

I did the Full Body Cleanse about a year ago. I totally recommend it. I was feeling sluggish, no energy, sleeping pattern was off. While I was doing my detox I felt so good so much lighter and with lots of energy, also my sleeping pattern improved and the cherry on top was that I lost 20lbs. I am ready for my next one. *
