I was quite surprised at how energetic I felt after the Full Body Detox. Not only that, I've learned a lot about how my eating habits really affect my overall general health. I started the Full Body Detox early March of 2009. The first few days I noticed the affects it was having on me were positive. I had a runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and a lot of mucus was coming up. I honestly didn’t feel too great but I knew it was because my system was being cleansed. I am now almost a week into my cleanse and I feel sooo good. My energy level has increased, my skin is clearing up and I can think a lot clearer!! Oh and I've lost some inches… I recommend this product to everyone!! I thank God for it. *

I've fasted and detoxed before but this one was different. I have been a 90% raw foodist for about 3 months now so the dietary rules weren't difficult for me. What was difficult was dealing with the emotional cleansing that began to take place as a result of me performing this detox. I had a LOT of anger and irritation surfacing, forcing me to deal with some things I've been avoiding for years. I'm still working through some pain, but performing this detox forced me to come face to face with it. I felt it weird because I could actually feel the herbs working, especially in my stomach and womb area. Physically, I have trimmed up a bit and I have been getting compliments for the past 2 weeks from my coworkers about my skin and how I seem to have a glow about myself. The end of the detox was easier for me. I was a lot less stressed, irritated, and just more calm and peaceful as a whole. I am going to perform the Total Woman Cleanse next. Thanks a lot. *

The first time I did the Full Body Detox was pretty hard. The raw food diet was a big adjustment for me. But I did it and I am so glad I did. I lost almost 20lbs and was forced to think about the foods I put in my body. I try to do it every 6 months. The second time I did it was much easier. I made sure I had the foods I needed (fruits for smoothies, vegetables, nuts and raisins, etc) ready and available. I would recommend this product 100% if you are serious about cleansing your body. *

Today is my last day of the FBD! I couldn’t really tell a difference in energy at all, but I did notice a beneficial difference when it came to going to the bathroom. I must admit, I did cheat a little, for breakfast I ate oatmeal and toast a few times while doing the Detox. I will be doing it again, and this time ONLY fruits and veggies. *

I have a couple of days left but I lost about 20 lbs so far and counting. I will now incorporate raw veggies and fruit everyday now. I no longer crave sweets, bread and milk for cereal. I plan on trying other products. If you’re on the fence hop on over to this side and try the products. You will feel so much better emotionally and physically after using. *

I feel that this product has made a tremendous difference in my health and my life. I had colonics done during the detox and using the FULL BODY DETOX and the Colonics together seems to go hand in hand to work effectively.
