I take Bowel Motion EVERY day! It's the only thing that keeps me "going". At night I take it with the Intestinal Cleanser so that they can work together overnight. I have had problems with going daily for YEARS, I originally saw DHerbs on the Steve Harvey Show (years ago) and decided to try the Full Body Cleanse, it was AMAZING as well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing some help. *

i have used the Bowel Motion and Weight Release and I am very happy with the results of how i am feeling, although i am diabetic and will need to try some items that will help me control my blood sugars and help me gain more energy and get better sleep at night. I use the Bowel Motion because i suffer from constipation and diverticulitis and it helps to relive some of the pressure in my stomach. *

I have tried a lot of products, to keep me regular, but none of them worked the way this product does!!! Honestly, I DO use another product, in conjunction with this one, for my gut health, because it is VERY sensitive. I tried using the products on their own, but MY results, and "comfort" work better, when I use them together! :-) *
