After completing the 20 day cleanse, I wanted to continue with the colon products since it worked so well. I am so happy to finally find a product that works!!! The inability to have regular bowel movements has caused significant stress on my body and overall sense of well being. I was feeling really bloated everyday and was looking for a supplement that might help. I read the reviews for bowel motion and it seemed to help a lot of people with the same issues I was having. I have been taking them everyday for about a month now and I feel so much better! My stomach is flatter because I'm not bloated all the time and I am much more regular. I only take 2 pills before bed instead of 3. 2 is more than enough for me. I would start out with 1 or 2 before bed and see how your body reacts. Very happy with this product. *
