Gets things moving! I’ve noticed a flatter tummy as well. I take 1 tablet with meals. The bottle says up to 3 tablets per dose but that is WAY too much for me. I took this for a week and then started the 20 day full body cleanse and watched my body and tummy change over night! *

This product really really works, it also helps with bloating and if you have trouble with constipation or similar issues. Start off with 3 first then if need be increase to 5 capsules. I will always order this product. Love Dherbs formulas. *

I will keep a bottle on hand because I believe it does work. Stay near the bathroom as well!!! The experiences are healthy and not how it can be random when eating meat and processed. I've gone cold turkey into this process so it is definitely "will" to do better for myself. Eating the raw food, the water and this tea is something else! SO VERY THANKFUL to work from home until a meeting runs too long or the timing is just off.... I have to excuse myself for a bit but I feel better and lighter than eating the junk and the normal releases. It is a process and I am learning to do better each time around! *
