Excellent herbs...keeps me regular. 3 capsules is a bit strong for me so I cut it down to 2 capsules every night. It gives me a gentle movement in the morning. I highly recommend it! *

I really do love this product because it keeps me regular. I take it every night before bed and within 2 hours of waking up in the morning I have to use the bathroom. If dherbs check they will see that I’ve ordered some 2 or 3 times not including the cleanses I’ve done. I’ve started ordering 2 bottles because my husband takes them from time to time as well. I like these better than the intestinal cleanser. *
