WOW! Wish I would have found this sooner. It's way milder than sleepy time tea, but it leaves a feeling of relaxation like no other. I am doing the nerve cleanse this month and I can't wait! This tea does exactly what it says! My neck and shoulders were starting to tighten as they often do because I spend several hours at work in front of a computer screen most days. After drinking a warm cup of this tea, I feel super relaxed and calm. Like all of the other Dherbs herbal teas, this tea does exactly what it's intended to do. I like to drink it in the evening about an hour before bedtime. *
