I drank two 14oz cups daily, letting two teabags steep in a pot of boiling hot water. I drank this along with the full body cleanse and think this will be a great addition to my health regimen, once I complete the cleanse. I’m not sure if I drank too much but I will say it definitely cleansed me out thoroughly, several times a day, LOL. I have been eating more fruits and veggies along with a lot of water so that probably added to me going so much. Either way I enjoyed the tea and more than likely will continue drinking this for a while. I love a good herbal tea and the combination is perfect. *

The tea worked really well for me. I usually have reflux at night for which I take medication for. Although the tea is a body cleanse tea, it works to prevent reflux episodes on nights that I drink the tea before going to be. *

My ABSOLUTE favorite tea of all time. The taste is great and I don't have to add anything to it! I don't feel bloated AT ALL I take it anytime I feel to full and it makes me feel so light and I'm currently about to order again! I Must have so I will keep it in rotation! Everyone should try it! I have some other other products in the same line that I want to try with this. I also take the pills sometimes but I prefer the tea. *
