I've been using the weight release tea now for 3 years and it helps to keep me regular. Since it contains Stevia leaf, no sweetener is needed. The other thing I love about this tea is I'm able to make two 8-ounce glasses with one tea bag. This tea is a staple in my household and comes in handy after I've eaten a heavy meal. Our household will never be without this tea. *

This product The Weight Release Tea is something I will always order. The taste is not bad nor the smell, I can drink it any time of the day, usually morning hour and evening before bedtime. I was a little apprehensive about drinking this tea as it has been my experience that most teas are just awful tasting.
