I've been taking this since my 2nd trimester and its been wonderful then and even now that I'm nursing. I was taking this for the added nutrients it provides but I didn't know it helps with weight loss. I was able to snapback and lose all my baby weight fast. I still take this while nursing and love the energy that it provides. I recommend this for pregnant and nursing women or just in general. *
