I was able to release 14lbs without any changes to my lifestyle. I am able to keep it off by continuing to eat right and being a bit more active. Doing this cleanse was the start to a new me that I look forward to continue being for the rest of my life. If you have a big event or just want to become a better you, I would recommend this cleanse. It is easy to complete as well as the schedule works extremely well along with a busy schedule like mine.
