I love this one to do after the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse because it aids in maintains the results. I lost a total of 16 pounds using this and will do this at least twice a year. Eating right is key I messed up a few times but I still saw results. I love knowing that I can cleanse my body with natural herbs. *

I did the cleanse plus stuck to the raw vegan diet suggested in the book. I lost 17 pounds and kicked my sugar addiction. My relationship with food has changed and I feel great. I’m a little disappointed with myself I lost 12lbs. I’m sure I would have lost more if I stayed focus but it requires discipline and I didn’t get serious until I was 13 days in. I hadn’t lost any weight the struggle of becoming vegan is real and hard but once I lost the 12lbs I was motivated. I have continued I will cleanse twice a year with this product. I’m looking forward to my next cleanse the raw veggies really tore my stomach up so it was hard to eat properly while working 12hour shifts in a Emergency room. *

Whenever I tried to stop drinking it I would have the most painful migraine, so I prepared myself for the migraine but I didn't get one nor did I crave sugar! I lost 12 pounds and I feel great! *
