My wife and I opted to do this as one of our 25th wedding anniversary gifts to each other. We love food and were concerned that we could not do it for 20 days. We were disciplined and stayed with it. We both lost 10+% of our body weight and felt better. Our skin was healthier, energy levels up, slept better, and a decrease in inflammation. When I tell you it works, IT WORKS!! I went from 315 to 290 using this program. I was so happy with my weight loss. I am trying my best to keep it off.
