I purchased 2 of these systems - one for me and one for my husband. It Works!!! I have done both the full body cleanse (which was great) and the weight loss cleanse, which is better. The diet is challenging - the time frame is long - but if you stick to the system it will work. I have relatively low body fat/weight, but it leans me out for sure. My husband lost 15 pounds in 20 days. Try it you will not regret it. *

The product works as long as you follow it. I did feel more energetic and cleaner when the mucus and toxins were removed by utilizing the weight loss cleanse. I chose the weight loss cleanse because I wanted to shed a couple of pounds, and although I did not achieve my personal goal, I did lose 17 pounds. The regimen got me back on track as far as eating healthy and by not consuming meat for the 20 day duration. *
