My son says this is the first vitamin I've given him that does not have an unpleasant taste. I like that about it too. We also like that the capsules are very easy to swallow. I really love the multi-vitamins and minerals. Prior to taking these, my energy level was very low around 2:00 p.m. on a daily basis. Since taking D-herbs’s multivitamins and minerals, I noticed a significant difference in my energy level.
