Vitamins and minerals are so vital to good nutrition. I know I don't always eat the best so I would take multi-vitamin supplements. The only thing is, soon after taking them I would find the dark yellow / orange pee in the toilet so I knew they weren't doing any good (and besides, my liver and kidneys were having to flush all this junk out!) I have looked to Dherbs for help several times before so it was only natural for me to look to them for a good multi-vitamin. I have been taking the Multi-vitamins and Minerals now for about 1 1/2 weeks. Not only are they completely absorbed in my body (no evidence in the toilet!), my husband has told me he can tell a difference in my complexion, that it looks healthier. That says a lot to me! Thank you Dherbs! *

This product is a great source of organic bio-electric vitamins and minerals as opposed to the products that I have used in the past. What I learned from Dherbs is that any time you see a word after the the mineral for example Calcium Carbonate, the source of the mineral is inorganic. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a natural source of vitamins and minerals. *

The testimony is when I ran out of the vitamins. I only take daily and twice when I'm feeling low. When I run out, my system and cycle are out of balance. Being part vegetarian is not enough. This is an awesome supplement. It is something I plan to keep in stock. *

I tried the Multi-Vitamins and Minerals for the first time last month, and after a couple of weeks, I feel a noticeable increase in my energy throughout the day. I don't always get a chance to eat my fruits and vegetables throughout the day, so this product along with the energizer keeps me going. *
