The book is great in detailing their recommendations on what to eat & what not to eat, but I didn't fully understand the "do not combine" list. I need explanations as to why certain fruits & vegetables shouldn't be combined. Why can't I put bits if apple with my salad? Can I have these fruits & vegetables in the same day, but not in the same sitting? For me, it was confusing. Why can I only eat whole fruits for breakfast? There's nothing wrong with berries! If I want to get other people on board, I need to be able to explain why. What's wrong with sushi? I'm like a 2 year old who needs to know why. *

I have done dherbs 10 day express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired. I bought Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual e-book and at first glance was impressed by its size. This e-book offers a lot of information. I understand, though, that more is not necessarily better so I took time to read the whole guide. I like this guide because it is all substance, no “fluff,” and straight to the point. For people who are serious about implementing a lifestyle change this e-book provides useful recipes, useful menus, and suggestions for creating a well-rounded shift into natural living. Even “whole foods for the mind” in the form of books, websites, and movie suggestions are addressed. The Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Guide is a well thought out, thorough, and therefore excellent purchase and a great value. *

Great read. Lots of ideas and recipes to help make a lifestyle change. I cannot wait to get my products and begin the cleanse.
