Amazing product, I started off taking 6/day and gradually went down to 3/day. Helped my breakouts a lot. Not sure about helping my sleep patterns as other people had mentioned. I would recommend this to anyone suffering. I had hormone imbalances and after getting tested this year, I noticed my hormone levels were normal again. I will definitely be ordering this product. Never disappoints dherbs! *

I started taking this product at the beginning of October (2018) to help balance my cycle and help with night sweats. I’m on my cycle every 3 weeks like clockwork and have been told that’s not a “normal” cycle. Well these supplements are definitely doing something because it’s November 30 and I’m just now starting my period! I thought it was interesting because I’ve ovulated, been bloated, & have had breast tenderness like I was going to start at the beginning of Nov but only spotted. I do have to say I started having night sweats again, not as bad, but they’re definitely back. Oh my cramps aren’t as bad at all. I’ll continue to use but I’m not quite sure what to continue to except. *

My hair has been thinning due to Perimenopause and hormone imbalances. Its been scary watching the fall out every time I wash my hair. I’ve taken these for a full month along with Hair skin and Nails and haven’t seen any changes yet, too soon to tell. I’ve had no side effects and will be ordering another 2 months supply. Will update once I’ve done a full 3 months. *
