My hair was thinning and my nails were in bad shape. I went to the doctor to make sure there was not something going on that I was not aware. I was given a clean bill of health and told to take a multi vitamin. I decided to try the Hair Skin Nails, my hair and nails improved. Although, my hair is not as thick as it was previously, it is definitely healthier. I am re-ordering and also going to try MSM Sulfur. I remember my mom telling stories of how her mother mixed up a sulfur and something to put on their hair as kids to make it grow. Lets hope the MSM Sulfur has the same effect! *

I really liked the product. I did noticed my nails were a lot stronger and my skin was improving. I ordered the product twice and I wanted to order it again but the shipping cost was entirely too much. I order on line quite often and your shipping cost is a lot more than other sellers. *

These vitamins really grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. Some products you have to wait awhile to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. That's the reason I only give 4 stars. *
