I had been suffering from dizziness, lightheadedness, and fatigue for months. I found out that I was anemic. I ordered the iron phosphate along with the blood and lymph formula. I could tell almost immediately the difference. I was no longer tired all the time and my balance had been restored. I had no side effects such as constipation as in most iron supplements on the market. I would recommend this product to anyone but mostly to menstruating women. *

I had to take an iron supplement while I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I can say that this product (Iron Phosphate) really improved my iron levels, even my Doctor noticed the difference. I had more energy as well after taking the pills. I was not constipated. This product really delivers. It is safe and effective during pregnancy. *

I started taking the Iron Phosphate (along with the Vitamin C) for anemia and I noticed a difference after about 3 weeks. I can climb a flight of stairs without getting breathless. My Iron has improved since taking this product (Iron Phosphate). The best results I've gotten in years. I was taking Iron pills from my doctor, but never had improvements like this. I know my points will be much higher by taking the Iron Phosphate and eating the right food. *

I have been taking the product for about 6 months (I have been taking it almost daily) and I have noticed an increase in my energy. I no longer feel tired all the time and I can get by on less sleep. I bought this (Iron Phosphate) for my girlfriend and she has used the product for about 2 weeks now. She hates the size of the pills but continues to take the product due to a slight energy increase and she does not get cold as easily. *

I had been feeling extremely tired and finally went to the naturopath. She ran a blood test and we found my iron was down to 23 (norm range according to western medical dr.'s is 35-175). She started me on Iron supplements but guess what, I started getting constipated! Wasn't going to have any of that so I turned to DHERBS to see what was here. I have been taking the Iron Phosphate for 1 month now. I don't feel as tired and am surely not constipated from it. Much better than 'what the doctor ordered'. *
