Great product, I used it as recommended on the bottle for my Spleen, Liver and Gallbladder as recommended by my Homeopathic doctor that I needed a herbal supplement for those organs and It worked really well. Oh my goodness I'm so grateful for DHERBS! The Liver, Spleen & Gallbladder formula has been good to my body. I started on this supplement after reading the reviews. I had what others might call a liver ache that was consistent to non-existent and I know I haven't had any cleanses that cater to the liver.
