I love this product I have used this twice. I plan to continue this in my life as a yearly thing. I love how it makes me feel. I am on my 9th day on this cleanse and I feel amazing. I feel more focused, I slept deeper and all night long. I woke up with lots of energy. My skin has cleared up and my hair has gotten thicker. The diet was easy for me. I bought my food ahead of time and prepped. I bought large jugs of alkaline water and drank a gallon a day. I tried this 10 day cleanse after hearing about it on the radio. I thought it would be a good idea to start with 10 days before going all in on the 20 day cleanse. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I lost 10lbs and had a lot more energy. Also had an increase in my sex drive.
