Thank GOD I found something to help with my period. I'm almost done with my first bottle and my second one is on the way. I usually have heavy bleeding and cramps but this time when my period came on my period was light and I barely felt cramps thank you Dherbs I'm going to continue with my next bottle combine it with the Female Hormonal formula I'm haaappy. *

I was on birth control pills from age 18-37. I had taken one break and had periods that would only come every 2 months. So I got back on them. Then I had to stop at 37 for health reasons and my periods were pretty irregular. (I am also underweight) I have PMS and PMDD and I only take this the week before my period and stop when I get my period. They help me get my period faster and help with the random rotation of pms symptoms- mine tend to vary each month. It just makes the pms shorter and the period come earlier- now my cycles are almost perfect 28 days. I am also 40 years old for reference. Hopefully this helps! *

I usually don't write reviews but this is important . My period had been non stop but very light bleeding for almost a year. I’ve only been taking this for about three weeks and it already worked. I finally got a normal flow and then stopped after 5 or 6 days and no more spotting at all. Now I’m just waiting for the next cycle. I’m gonna keep taking this because I was so tired of having non stop period! *

I’m still continuing to take this supplement, it works great, I have a happy mood, my back and stomach is in less pain. My cycle did still have 2 weeks of spotting and 5 heavy days, so I stopped taking the formula and went back to taking birth control pills. And what I want to tell you guys is, that it was a bad idea. My mood swing are like crazy, I get mad on everything that pass my eyes, so now I have to restart my body system. I am going to take the Female and Yoni formula. I will update my results after finishing these bottles. Never in my life will I ever take birth control pills again. *

This stuff is amazing! Recently I was put on the mini pill for my irregular and long period which sucked! I had bad symptoms and didn’t help my periods.
