I love this Mucus Buster Formula! I'm currently a vegetarian who consumes cheese every now and then. When I do, phlegm tends to come up. I'll take 2 or 3 capsules about an hour after I have eaten something with cheese and the phlegm is gone! This also comes in handy when I eat a lot of mucus forming foods throughout the day. *

I have been taking the Mucus Formula for three months now and I can say it has dramatically reduced the mucus in my body. I take it every morning on an empty stomach and i can feel myself purging mucus within 30 minutes. I wonder if i can take a second dose later to help maintain the release of mucus. I recommend this to anyone whom feels like mucus is an issue for them *
