I increased my daily intake of water. I was/am not a big on drinking water but I know that it is important for my health. The products were easy to take. The tea took a little while to get use to the taste. However I did feel better overall and my next product to try is the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. *

2 DAYS LEFT OF ME DOING THE 10 DAY KIDNEY CLEANSE. I'M SO THANKFUL FOR THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I WAS URINATING SO FREQUENTLY AND WAS ALMOST INCONTINENT. I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE THE 2ND DAY!!! I KID YOU NOT, THIS PRODUCT REVERSED WHATEVER WAS GOING ON IN MY BODY AND BECAUSE I ALSO ATE ALL RAW, SO FAR I HAVE LOST 26 POUNDS! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. I chose to do the kidney cleanse in support of my fiancé who was having issues with his kidneys. I really didn’t know what to expect. It had great reviews, however, everyone’s body reacts to things differently. Let me just say… The kidney cleanse is a very effective cleanse!
