I did my third 20 Day Full Body Cleanse last week which I will begin on Monday. My first cleanse helped with the elimination of meat along with my over compulsive intake of sweets. This time I'm adding the Sugar Formula for extra assistance with hope of eliminating sweets all together. The cleanse also aids with clarity of mind, allowing me to have a better center with self. The Sugar Formula has really helped me to control my sugar cravings. I am at the gym 6 days a week training and working out faithfully each week. But my biggest weakness is chocolate candy or something really sweet. I tried the sugar formula on the weight cleanse and found that it worked.
