After completing my 20 day FBC I ordered The Maintenance Package and it is a must have. It helped me stay on track of eating healthy (cooked foods) and it definitely let me know when I ate something that was not good for my body. I also continued to loose inches. I suggest this package to anyone that completes the FBC and wants to maintain the inches that was lost. *

This is my 2nd month on the Maintenance package fist of all its only 9 pills to take daily 2 to 3 hrs apart.
