I purchased 2 bottles of the weight release for a family member but when they didn’t take them I asked if I could have them. I took both bottles while doing limited exercise (walking 20 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week). I noticed that I was eating smaller portions. My appetite was definitely smaller and I didn’t have my usual sugar cravings. Typically I can chew 15 pieces of gum for the sugar but while I was taking this I tried a piece of gum and it tasted so insanely sweet I had to spit it out. I lost about 12lbs which I have managed to keep off during the lockdown but since I still need to lose 15lbs I will order more and try to increase my workout activity. *

Just finished the full body cleanse and recently started taking these supplements. These have helped to suppress my appetite and are easy to fit into my daily schedule. I can see a difference in the way I approach eating, with fewer cravings. I can go a full day with little snacking and if I do I typically choose healthy snacks.
