Hello, the weight release was effective in curbing my appetite and my sweet tooth issues. I encouraged my daughter to also start using them and she likes them as well. I need to focus more on my eating patterns and what I am eating. Once I do this, I believe that I will see more weight loss. My loss so far has been 7 pounds, I am now on my second bottle. I also love that you take all 3 pills at once. *

When I first ordered this product, it took about a week for my body to get adjusted to it. I’ve noticed the weight started slowly coming off, was not feeling nearly as hungry as I had before. I would say that it definitely is a food substitute when you use this product. Overall I am very pleased with this product. *
