In just a short time with the 10 Day Express Cleanse I was able to focus distinctively on my health and felt and saw instant results in my body. I was able to release 11 lbs of waste and I really enjoyed the raw Vegan recipes. I also felt more energy and focus while on the Cleanse. Once I stopped the diet and herbal supplement regimen, I felt decreased energy levels, thankfully, I did not pick up any weight, but I did notice the change in how my body felt overall; I had very low energy and was able to distinguish how very small changes in diet affect overall wellness. I just ordered the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and I'm looking forward to using some of the other products. *

When I began the cleanse it was tough, but by day 3 I adjusted to it. I released 10 pounds and I gave up coffee. I would drink 2 cups a day, but I no longer crave it. I’m planning on doing this cleanse again soon. *

Absolutely enjoyed it. I Lost 7lbs and it want hard for me to eliminate meat and dairy. Now I find myself more mindful Of what I eat after the cleanse and choosing more vegan options. Luckily for me I love all food and vegetable so getting more creative with them was actually find. I really liked this product. Next time I will do the 20 day. Taking the pills was the hardest part for me only because I don't like taking pills. I lost 11lbs with just doing the regimen and eating a raw vegan diet. Next time I will incorporate exercise. *
