For me, the 10 day full body cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event. Past experience with my using both the 20 day full body and 20 day weight release cleanses have been very effective and the express did not disappoint. The express cleanse is a great alternative especially when you are pinched for time. *

I am so glad I tried the 10 day full body cleanse express. I don’t feel heavy anymore, I feel energized and healthy. I thought the tea was going to have a bitter taste but I was shocked to realize it tasted good. I took this product and it worked well for me. I am going to try it again. To see how it works. However, I did know there was a maintenance package that I could have taken after that. I am only looking to lose 10 to 15 pounds and then maintain it. Last time I lost about 5 pounds, but because I really didn't continue the regimen all the way through to the end it was not as effective as I know it could be so this time I am going to try the 10 day again and maintain my diet. I will report back after 10 days. *

I only lost 5 lb but I was able to keep it off and I no longer have heart burn. I felt lighter and didn't crave anything after I finished the cleanse. Was not to crazy about the charcoal but I used it anyway. Never liked tea before but came to like this tea. I am now going to do the maintenance program. My daughter said it worked for her. *

The cleanse worked fairly well. I ate as many salads as I could and fruit but I can’t just live like that too long. I eat cooked food after I get off of the cleanse in moderation. I still eat the salads for a meal and a salad with some cooked food when the cleanse is complete. I have lost from starting the cleanse last year and doing eat several times a year around 30 pounds that I am pleased to have accomplished. The maintenance plan helps me keep the weight down as well. *

Great products, I have used the 10 day and 20 day cleanses. I really do recommend them for a great feeling and energy - a must try. I lost 7 pounds on the 10 day fb express cleanse and 11 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. I will use quarterly bc there is no harsh bowel movements. The raw diet was the hardest part but I will do it again. Great product! *

I had a heart attack in 2019. I started doing the cleanse as a way to help me stay healthy. I loved it! My skin was smoother and brighter. I did cheat a little and probably ate more fruit than I should have. I also hate raw nuts so I would eat nuts that were honey roasted or something like that. I still ended up losing about 10 pounds. I am about to do the cleanse for about the 3rd or 4th time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the activated charcoal. It can be annoying to handle or manage. It doesn't really have a taste, but I struggle sometimes with the texture. Other than that the pills are easy to swallow (this is big for someone like me) and 10 days is just the right amount of time. *
