Menstrual Cycle Formula helped a lot. I missed my periods for 2 months. After taking it for a 1-2 weeks my period came back and regulated itself. After that I was pretty inconsistent with the dosage and that messed up the timing but it still came back eventually. I am going to buy more and be more consistent.
